fa وضعیت عملکرد بررسی سلامت بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌ها توسط پرستاران شاغل در تهران Original Article <p>  <strong>زمینه و هدف : </strong><i /><strong><i>پرستاران باید افراد مصمم و با کفایتی باشند تا در شرایط پویا و متغیر بیماران بتوانند با به­کارگیری مهارت­­های فنی و دانش­ حرفه­ای خود، قضاوت بالینی­ دقیق و مناسبی در مورد وضعیت سلامت بیماران انجام دهند. </i></strong><strong><i>براین­ اساس تحقیقی با­ هدف ارزیابی عملکرد پرستاران در مورد بررسی وضعیت سلامت بیماران در یکی از بیمارستان های منتخب سازمان تأمین اجتماعی شهرتهران انجام گرفت. </i></strong></p><p> <strong> روش بررسی­: </strong><strong><i>پژوهش حاضر توصیفی­– تحلیلی بود و از کارشناسان پرستاری شاغل در بخش­ های داخلی­– جراحی، اورژانس بیمارستان های منتخب وابسته به سازمان تأمین اجتماعی شهر تهران به تعداد 96 نفر تشکیل شده بود. پرسشنامه­ای در دو بخش تهیه شد که بخش اول آن مربوط به مشخصات فردی­ و بخش دوم چک لیست مشاهده ارزیابی عملکرد که شامل 11 مورد قابل مشاهده بود. <br>به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استفاده گردید. </i></strong></p><p> <strong> یافته­ها­: </strong><strong><i>میانگین سنی 15/7 ± 08/32 سال و اکثر­(75درصد) نمونه ها مونث بودند. بیشتر آن­ها­(1/53درصد) سابقه کاری بین 96-73 ماه داشتند. بیشترین در­صد­(1/52درصد­) دارای عملکرد ضعیفی بودند. در ضمن بین برخی از مشخصات فردی­(جنس، سن، تاهل، سابقه کار و نوع بخش) با عملکرد پرستاران در مورد بررسی وضعیت سلامت بیماران ارتباط معنی­دار آماری وجود داشت. </i></strong></p><p> <strong> نتیجه­گیری: </strong><strong><i>داده­های پژوهش ­بیانگر پایین بودن عملکرد بررسی و­ضعیت سلامت می باشد که این امر، اهمیت برنامه­ریزی در جهت بررسی وضعیت سلامت بیماران توسط کادر پرستاری همانند کادر پزشکی بر مبنای تنظیم برگه­های معایناتی­در پرونده بیمار را مشخص می کند. </i></strong></p><p>  </p> <p class="yiv385003065msonormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="mso-bidi-language: FA">Background and Objective:</span></b> <span lang="EN" style="COLOR: #333333 mso-ansi-language: EN">Nurses should be so determined and competent that, in the dynamic and changing conditions of the patients, they could use their technical skills and professional knowledge to make a rigorous clinical judgment about the patient's health status. The instrument was a questionnaire including two parts of demographic data and 11 questions for assessing nurses' performance. Their (53.1%) work of experience is between 73-96 months and their (52.1%) performance is observed poor.
